(5) COMPOSITION FOR PLASTIFICATION OF FILMS
I
This invention relates to the plasticization of polyester resin films, in particular, to a composition for the plasticization of a polyvinyl butyral film.
A known composition for plasticizing a polyvinyl butyral film containing an organic cyclic acid ester SP.
The disadvantage of this composition is low moisture resistance of the film.
The closest to the proposed invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a composition for plasticizing a film of polyvinyl butyl containing phosphoric acid ester 2.
The disadvantage of this composition is that the moisture resistance of the film is not fully satisfactory.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the moisture resistance of the film.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the composition for plasticization, polyvinyl butyral film, containing from polyvinyl butyral
phosphoric acid ester additionally contains phthalic or benzoic acid ester and / or di- (phenoxyethyl) -formal in the following ratio 5 of the Scientific Research Institute of Components, wt%:
Phosphoric acid ester 1-99 Phthalic or benzoic acid ether and / or di- (phenoxyethyl) -formal Remaining 10 The composition contains a mixture of phthalic or benzoic acid ester and di- (phenoxyethyl) -formal in a weight ratio from 9: 1 to 1: 9 .
The composition according to the invention is prepared by simply mixing the individual components.

Example 1. 67.5 wt.% Polyvinylbutyral resin containing 20.7 wt.% Free hydroxyl groups 20 (calculated for vinyl alcohol) is mixed on a roller with 22.5 wt.% The following plasticizers or plasticizer blends and the resulting composition is pressed into films 0.38 mm thick. 3 Samples of all plasticized films are used to make laminated glass, while they are crushed between two silicate glasses, each of which is 3 mm thick, followed by combining the stems by heating to 130-150 ° C at 12 bar. The adhesive strength between silicate glasses and plasticized polyvinyl butyral film is tested using the Pummel method. All tested laminated glasses show the Pummel 10 value. The Pummel value is determined as follows: The test sample with dimensions of 150 XIII PS is cooled at -18 ± 0.5 ° C for 2-8 hours, placed on a metal deck inclined 45 ° , and treated with a flat-head hammer until the silicate glass is ground into powder. Example 2. Plasticized polyvinyl butyral films prepared according to Example 1 are tested for moisture resistance. In this case, the laminated glasses of example 1 with dimensions of 150 x 300 mm are stored at 50 ° C and 95% relative humidity of air for 5 months. The results of the experiments. For films containing plasticizers 1-Y11, a relatively strong clouding caused by the perception of moisture is observed. At the same time, the adhesive strength at the edges of the laminated glass decreases with up to a value of 8 according to Pummel. Containing plasticizers Y1I1-XY films also perceive moisture caused by weak turbidity. At the same time, the adhesion strength at the edges of the laminated glass decreases to the Pummel value of 9. No clouding is observed in films containing mixtures of XYI-XXXX plasticizers. In this case, the adhesive strength at the edges of the laminated glass is not reduced, i.e. the Pummel value is still 10. Example 3. Example 1 is repeated, with the difference that IN weight. polyvinyl butyral is mixed with 20 wtD of a mixture of plasticizers XYI, XXI XXIY XXXI I and XXXIY, respectively. Samples of plasticized films are tested for adhesive strength according to Pummel and moisture resistance according to examples 1 and 2. In this case, the clouding of the films is not observed and the adhesive strength at the edges of the laminated glass before and after testing for moisture resistance is 10 on a Pummel scale. Example C. Example 1 is repeated, with the difference that 15 wt. polyvinyl butyral is mixed with 85 wt. blends of plasticizers XXIII XX XXIY, XXXI, XXXIII and XXXY4I, respectively. Samples of plasticized films described in examples 1 and 2 are tested for adhesion strength by Pummel and moisture resistance. No clouding of the films is observed, and the adhesive strength at the edges of the laminated glass before and after testing the moisture resistance is 10 on a Pummel scale. As follows from the examples, the proposed composition allows to significantly increase the water resistance of polyvinyl butyral films used as intermediate layers of shatterproof glass. Claim 1.
